Quality Improvement Coach

Dave Hoffman is a Performance Improvement Manager within the Population Health Department at UC Health.  He is a project lead and coach for quality and performance improvement initiatives using the UC Health Performance Improvement Way and IHI Model for Improvement.

Dave serves as the QI Coach for the Southwest Ohio Regional Hub.  The QI Coach works directly with the spoke site leads and staff in assessing current state processes and applying improvement science methods and tools to identify improvement opportunities and conduct Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles of learning and improvement.
